About My Order

When will my order ship?

Normally, orders ship out within 3-5 days.

I have a question about returning or exchanging an item.

Do you have a phone number?

Yes, however, the fastest way to get our attention during this very busy time is through our very lovely customer service person at hello@housedogge.com. If you still require a voice call, they will gladly connect with you by phone.

Oh crap! I wrote the wrong shipping address / gift message / wrong color / wrong dog name when I placed my order!

No problem. Just send us an email as soon as possible. We will make the correction for you if the the order has not been fulfilled.

Gosh darn it! I didn’t use the beautiful, detailed size chart to properly measure my pup before placing my order as you strongly suggested in each product listing on your website. I admit, I ‘guess-timated’ my pup’s size…what should I do if the hoodie / tee does not fit?

While ‘guess-timation’ can be considered a superpower for some, most of us get it wrong A LOT. Most dog brands have their very own size chart. That is why we provide the detailed measurement info so you can choose the correct fit. Please refer to the very detailed return / exchange policy. Hmmm, now that you mention it, I didn’t use the important wash instructions that you boldly suggested on several tags, expensive postcard inserts, and in all of the website listings. What can I do?

I have not received a tracking number for my order.

When shipment has been processed, a shipping and tracking number notification will be sent automatically to the email you submitted at the time of purchase. Feel free to send us an email to double check. We’ve got you covered.

I can’t find or did not receive my order confirmation or tracking number.

Please check the spam or junk folder for the notification. We all get lost sometimes. Also, if you suspect you gave us an incorrect email address, send us an email.

My package was delivered but I do not see it anywhere!

Please check inside your mailbox, at your door, in the hedge by your steps, and with your neighbor. Also, there is usually a note on the tracking info that says where the item was left by the postman. If you still can not locate the package, please complete a USPS Help Request Form so they can assist you with the search and/or refund you for your goods and shipping cost.

Is everything Made In America?

Currently, over 90% of our products are made in the USA. We continue to source responsibly and we prioritize opportunities to partner with domestic or local makers and suppliers. We source 10% of our product with a trusted, small supplier in Europe.

When will you make hoodies for humans so we can match our doggies?

We have received a LOT of interest in the ‘human’ hoodie that was worn by the owner of House Dogge in the ABC World News feature. We are strongly considering adding it to the collection. We will keep you posted. Add your name to waitlist, just in case! But be ready because when they are posted, they will most likely sell out quickly!

What the heck does sustainability mean?

Simply put, we do our best to responsibly source, design, and develop products in ways that will support a healthy lifestyle, economy, society, and the environment. Think: eco-friendly, replenishable resources, natural bi-products, natural, minimal construction, and reduced carbon footprint.

Is this a small business?

Yes, mostly a one woman show as of Dec 2020 (can’t get much smaller than that, LOL!) but thanks to your support, there will be employment opportunities starting in 2021!

Do you offer wholesale, dropship, and / or have a brick & mortar retail location?

A little. Kinda. Nope. We have limited wholesale partners at this time. We are looking at opening up more opportunities for wholesale in 2021. We only dropship for West Elm, currently. We do not have a brick & mortar retail store but we have a pretty cool maker space. We sell ‘direct to consumer’ through our website at housedogge.com.
