Returns & Exchanges
PLEASE READ POLICY CAREFULLY!
Items returned that do not follow the policy below will not be processed, refunded, or shipped back to customer. If you have questions, please contact us. We are happy to help you with any inquiries you may have. Thank you!
Returns:
- A full refund will be issued for unused (non customized) products. Items must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the order.
- A restocking fee of 20% of item cost will be charged for returns.
- If the order is incorrect due to an error made by House Dogge, customer will receive correct item at no charge.
No returns will be accepted for the following:
- Natural toys or accessories if you are referring to naturally occurring color or texture variations of the materials. Items made of natural fibers and/or leather will vary slightly in tan and/or texture. These are not considered defects.
- The People's Hoodie (#becausecovid) or customized products (apparel or toys) unless there is a spelling, material, or construction error on behalf of House Dogge. (Definition of Customized: Any item with a special name, mark, color or modification to suit a particular individual or task.)
- Laundered products. Washing instructions included on the product and packaging should be followed closely.
- Face masks due to health & hygiene considerations.
- After 14 days from package delivery (as confirmed by tracking information).
- Sales items. All sale items are final sale.
House Dogge is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages once they're in the hands of the carrier. We will, however, attempt to provide you with tracking information so you can file a claim with the carrier if necessary.
- Shipping charges if package is refused or if customer provides an incorrect shipping address.
Yes to returns or exchanges for the following:
- Returns / exchanges postmarked up to 7 days: A full refund or exchange will be issued for unused (non customized) products. Items must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the order. Note: Return shipping to House Dogge and exchanged shipping back to customer is the responsibility of the purchaser. Differences in cost of exchange and shipping cost will be charged or refunded to customer’s original method of payment. If original method of payment is not available, customer may be invoiced for payment. Exchange will not be shipped until invoice has been paid. If the order is incorrect due to error made by House Dogge, shipping both ways would be paid by House Dogge.
- Exchange only postmarked between 7-14 days: Customer may exchange one time only unused (non customized) products. Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order. Note: Return shipping to House Dogge and exchanged shipping back to customer is the responsibility of the purchaser. Differences in cost of exchange and shipping cost will be charged or refunded to customer’s original method of payment. If original method of payment is not available, customer may be invoiced for payment. Exchange will not be shipped until invoice has been paid. If the order is incorrect due to error made by House Dogge, shipping both ways would be paid by House Dogge.
