Refund policy
- A full refund will be issued for unused (non customized) products. Items must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the order.
- A restocking fee of 20% of item cost will be charged for returns.
- If the order is incorrect due to an error made by House Dogge, customer will receive correct item at no charge.

Returns / exchanges postmarked up to 7 days: A full refund or exchange will be issued for unused (non customized) products. Items must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the order. Note: Return shipping to House Dogge and exchanged shipping back to customer is the responsibility of the purchaser. Differences in cost of exchange and shipping cost will be charged or refunded to customer’s original method of payment. If original method of payment is not available, customer may be invoiced for payment. Exchange will not be shipped until invoice has been paid. If the order is incorrect due to error made by House Dogge, shipping both ways would be paid by House Dogge.
